Refund Policy
Refunds are processed in line with UAE consumer protection guidelines and the internal policies of Ayadi Glocal LLC. All refund decisions are subject to management approval.
1. Eligibility Criteria
- Duplicate or excess payment.
- Course cancellation by the school.
- Technical errors during online payment reported within 48Â hours.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Registration fees and admission assessments.
- Digital course materials already accessed or downloaded by the user.
- Tuition after the student has attended more than 30% of classes.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email mail@ayadischool.com with:
- Student name and ID
- Transaction ID and date
- Reason and supporting documents
4. Processing & Timeline
- Management reviews within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 14 business days.
- Delays caused by banks or payment gateways are outside our control.
